In every temple, there are days called ‘odalan’ or days of anniversary of the temple. The ceremony will either be lasted in just one-day for the small one or a larger ceremony and stretching over several days. These occasions are most important for the communal harmony of the Balinese, where whole villages will descend upon to pray.

There will be an odalan take place in our resort by the sea, Komaneka at Keramas beach. The ceremony will take place on Sunday, 12th November 2019. This is a small ceremony that will only be celebrated for one day occasion. The ceremony will be attended by the family of Komaneka, especially those on duty at Komaneka at Keramas Beach. This is an important moment that can bring togetherness to each individual with the others and of course with God Almighty.

It is open for you to come to the odalan and also taking pictures of the temple and the occasion. Every attendant must wear Balinese traditional costume and you may ask to borrow at the front desk if you do not have one. However, women in period are not allowed to enter the temple.
